It was a one hour interview with a take home problem that took 4 hours to complete. Easy questions asked and they were very friendly. Two people interviewed me and they were very very nice.

Personal interview based on technical and STAR (Situation, Task, Action and Result) interview techniques. You should be familiar with BC Hydro role in electricity industry and the typical responsibilities for the role you applied for. There will be a second interview if you pass the first interview. They will explain the salary and benefit plan associated with the role.
