BC Hydro Customer Service Representative interview questions

There were 2 interview process which the first one to get to know you then the second one would be the manager from contact centre. It took about a month for the process. After the second interview, they send the reference requests and background check.

Interview via Zoom. HR could not hear me. Instead of solving connection problem she did not select me. I made a curtesy follow up call, she is so irritated as if has never received follow up calls from potential workers..
