Interview
I interviewed in one of the speciality commercial lending divisions. There weren't many questions - mostly asking why I wanted to work in banking, why I choose my field of study, my previous experience and the position. I met with a EVP, VP and Relationship Manager. One thing that would have been nice was to meet with someone currently in the position. Sadly, I never heard anything back until I emailed with an inquiry - It's just rude to not correspond with people who physically come into the office. It's fairly easy to send a form letter.

HR interview then teamhead interview. Some introduction about myself, my past experience. Companies generally ask about salary expectations in the final interview or in the first round of the interview process. Their aim is to understand whether your salary expectations match their budget.
