      Teller, Retail Associate Interview

      6 Sept 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Austin, TX
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BBVA (Austin, TX) in Sept 2009

      Interview

Interview process was relatively easy. I was first interviewed by the branch manager. Standard questions about customer service and cash handling ability. I was then told to apply online. I then received an e-mail instructing me to take an online teller simulation (a standard one that most banks use, which was common sense). A few days later I was called in for an interview with someone in HR that went over the details of the job. I received an offer at the end of the interview and orientation began the next week.

      Question 1

I customer comes up to you complaining of having to wait in a long line b/c he only has a 30 minute lunch break. Question then lists 4 options for your BEST response.
