I have interviews with BBDO Toronto, first round with HR, second round with Controller and third round with client accounting director, they are all very nice, friendly and chill, great company location, they have some good benefit, like extra days off during summer month, they explained the job task very clearly, and i really like the task, I even told my reference about the job, the reason I didn’t accept because I got a second offer, with better pay structure and better future opportunities within the company, which I could not say no, so I decided to turn down the offer, it was a very hard decision since I can tell it would be a great place to work
