Online coding assessment in your chosen choice of a language
3 parts:
2 are really difficult problems are the data structures and algorithms which you can get part marks if you dont deal with the edge case
1 is easy which was basically string manipulation
First you do a technical interview and then in my case I got a follow up interview almost 6 months later. The technical is quite tough and requires a lot of practice on platforms like leetcode. The follow up was not bad but the interviewer had no interest in giving me a fair chance when it came to answering questions and they often cut me off before I even finished answering. Personally I did not feel like I would work there after that experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BBD (Johannesburg) in Sept 2024
Interview
2 phase, coding test and if you get a really good mark you will be scheduled for an interview. The interview kept getting moved, went from July to only being done in September.
