Interview was great. Felt like a conversation I was having with a long-time friend I hadn't seen in years. The interview was held at the downtown office, I received an offer about 3 days later. Once I began with the company it was not what I expected. The location I was stationed was very "click-ish," the manger did more "lunch dates" than she provided additional training to make the branch a success.

Interview
Interviewer provided well thought out, insightful questions, listened carefully to responses and represented her company's culture well. The interview was complex but relaxed and the interviewer stayed away from vapid questions such as, "why should we hire you?"

Phone screening, panel interview with Teller Supervisor and Market Leader, phone interview with Regional Area Operations Officer (would have been part of the panel interview, but was out of town at the time). Was offered the job later that evening.
