Not bad they take 4ever. Must have all clearances 2 step, physical, referances and employment history. And they will verify. So call the people u use.......they tend to stick ya on training only 1/2 wage and dont get paid milage so make sure you dont let them send ya over anhour away cuz they will......

One on one interview and overview of the program and policies and benefits. Very up front and honest. A short competency exam with a post review to discuss rationelles to any incorrect answers. Tour of the facility and introduction to most of the employees.

The person doing the interview was very welcoming and wanted me to be comfortable during interview. I was asked the typical questions about myself and job experiences. Why I left prior employer. They also gave a brief description of the duties expected when taking a position with bayada. I was then introduced to office staff. And a welcoming gift bag.

Interview process was very easy.. you are required to take a medication/dosing test then if you pass your move on to an interview with clinical manager. Super easy 1:1 interview.
