2. First-round: Video interview.
3. Second-round: In-person assessment followed by a call with the hiring manager to discuss qualifications and fit.
4. Final outcome: Rejected after completing both interview stages.
Long, many different tasks to do before the interview stage like psychiatric tests. The interview itself was fairly straightforward but there was no need for multiple rounds for this position.
