I must admit that I am disappointed with the recruitment process which is held by recruitment company GTIOS. They rejected my apllication twice - once after maths online test and secondly-after IQ test. Nevertheless, I made it to the telephone interview round. I had the interview last week and I'm still waiting for feedback. As for the recruitment itself: first I applied online, than after a week I got invitation to online maths test (which was SHL test), then I got invitation to IQ test (also SHL) and then was a telephone interview. The interview consists of 3 parts: 1. questions about you motivation to work for BAT and being a part of Management Programme, they also check what you know about the company (I was asked about its main competitors and about international brands of BAT) 2. behavioral questions 3. questions connected with your chosen field (in my case in with finance) Basically all of the questions I was asked can be found at glassdoor.com. They also asked about: - economic situation in Portugal and ways to solve it. - my salary expectations - country I wouldn't like to work in
