Four hour process through BMS performance, intense but exciting and engaging including team activities, role play scenario suited to the role & final interview as the final stage with colleagues.

2 stages- 1 informal and 1 formal with a scenario based section. Also there were a few group tasks with different managers watching you. Beyond that you had a 1 on 1 at the end
