1 - application 2 - call from HR about background and CV 3- call from HR with leadership questions 4 - call from technical specialist - technical questions 5 - call from ?? with behavioural questions After 5th stage I asked how many stages in this interview process are ( as it has already been 3 months after I applied) and I was told that I need to speak with another 2 senior leaders. At this point I already have another offer and I asked to clarify what "competitive salary" means to decide if I should pursue this vacancy. They declined the question about salary and I withdrawn my application. I see this whole process as a waste of my time.
