Applied online. Did a test online. Went for one to one interview and repeated same online test under supervision. After one month did a group interview involving group work, presentation, and debate..Really tough one there and it takes up whole day..on a light note you get really hungry but there is food and its good.. Waiting for reply

The interview consist of: website screening, self-assesment, online interview human resources, user interview, case presentation offline at their office, final interview with Board of Directors, offering. Overall took 1 month selection process
