Interview
It was a long but interesting process which involved online tests, 2 sets of interviews. One of the interviews was part of an assessment day program that was held in their facility. It was at that stage I fell behind. It was the final stage if I'm not mistaken.

Interview
Phone interview followed by an assessemtn day and interview. They were very friendly and approachable and helped me understand the role and company very well. It was not a good fit for my motivations but the whole process was clear and well understood.
