I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at BASF (Freeport, TX) in Dec 2011
Interview
the interview process was very simple and quick. they placed us in groups of 4 and sent us in a room where we were seated at different tables and interviewed by 2 to 3 people per table for three 20mins sessions. This was the best interview process I have experienced.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at BASF
Interview
Recruiter will reach you through text messages to tick off some options, they will then contact you via phone calls followed by online 4-panel interview if you passed recruiter’s initial screening.
The hardest part is waiting time between initial screening to user interviews.

Question 1
Mostly technical on-the-job questions. So if you never work the field before, it will be difficult for you to follow thru.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BASF (Lake Jackson, TX) in Jul 2017
Interview
Scheduled over email and located at local community college. First, I waited for about 15 minutes and then was greeted and directed toward a conference room and with 2 other, new individuals who asked questions. Shortly after a few basic first impressions there I was greeted by the original woman and then escorted to another room about 50 yards away with three new individuals for further questioning.
