Phone interview, then face to face interview. Usual process like most companies. Most of the hiring process is outsourced so be prepared to speak to folks from other countries. Overall, the process was very seamless.

Interview
First I had a phone interview fairly quickly after submitting my application online, a day or two later I got called to set up an in person interview. They were very organized and planned. I had a pannel interview with two people interviewing asking behavioral questions. Both interviewers were very nice. They did explain the job and BASF and also the interview process. One of them even took the time to show me the potential future work space. It was explained to me that they will select 2 candidates for the final interview after a they concluded the ones scheduled. I got selected for the Top 2 round and had another interview. Again it was a very good interview that seemed very honest. I got a follow up call the next day from a recruiter to ask about how I experienced the interview and confirm a few things. A couple days later I did get a call that I got the position.
