The first screening interview was held via phone with HR based in Germany. The HR person was very impatient and didn't let me finish to answer to his questions, assuming (wrongly) he knew all about my professional experience. It seemed he didn't check my cv before calling me as he mentioned some professional experiences that were not in my cv. Second round went pretty well, the discussion was on my professional background, and previous working experiences. They seemed bothered when I asked them some more detailed questions about the role, and pay scale. I had the impression it was one direction interview instead of a “dialogue” between parties. They were looking urgently for someone to cover this role, however, I have received feedback about this vacancy after two months. They mentioned some issues during the hiring process so they had to put it on stand-by for a while. Feedback was given via phone, it was very generic.
