Interview
Got the job description from a recruiter. Allowed the recruiter to submit my resume and recieved the request for a phone interview/screen within a few days. After the phone interview/screen a panel interview was set up within the next couple of weeks. Panel interview was typical of any engineering panel interview but was mostly behavioral based and light on the technical side. After the interview they gave me a plant tour and we went to lunch. I received an offer within 3-5 business days.

All of the questions are general, mostly behavioral questions. The interview was surprisingly light on technical questions/inquiries.

Interview
Phone interview with hiring manager about 30 min about my resume and some technical Q. On-site panel interview was about 1 hr followed by plant tour. Overall process took about 4 weeks. Interview panel was very great. Everything well explained, however I didn't like the STAR questions much. After 2 weeks the hiring manager called and gave me feedback. I was surprised when he called to say no offer, but at least I knew shouldn't wait for offer anymore.
