La entrevista fue cordial y bien estructurada. El reclutador explicó claramente las responsabilidades del puesto, el perfil buscado y las siguientes etapas del proceso. Hubo espacio para resolver dudas y conocer más sobre la empresa.

Me preguntaron sobre mi experiencia previa, mis estudios, mis habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente, así como mis motivos para postularme a la vacante. También hablaron sobre mi disponibilidad y mis objetivos profesionales.
Interviewers were friendly. They described their process and what they expect from me clearly. Focused more on my technical fit for the role. More like a discussion rather than an interview. Overall got a positive impression about the company and the people in there.
The interview process with BASF began with an initial phone screen with the recruiter, which mainly consisted of high-level yes-or-no questions regarding my background and experience. After the phone screen, the next step was a panel interview with multiple team members. During the panel interview, each panelist asked a question focused on behavioral and technical experiences, and responses were expected to follow a STAR-style format by clearly describing the situation, task, actions taken, and results achieved.
