I was emailed a list of 10 questions. I had five days to answer each one in 500 words or less. Upon emailing the document I was thanked for submitting it and told I'd be contacted if selected.

Question Number 5: Please tell us about your people management experience and training. How many direct reports have you managed and for how long? What is your experience hiring and managing staff out of an organization? How do you manage people working below the expected performance level? How do you prefer to give and receive feedback?

Interview
I had a preliminary phone interview, then an in-person interview with two head curators and the director of HR. I heard back from HR within a week or so over the phone and was offered the position.
