BAE Systems System Engineer/Software interview questions

invited for onsite interview-discussed my resume in detail along with past work experience and skills. Pretty in depth with about 4 hiring managers in the room asking questions. I had the experience they were looking for and thought through the "technical" questions they asked however after weeks of not hearing back and being told I should here something soon..I realized I probably didnt get the position. I thought it was quite unprofessional and rude I never heard anything back after driving in for an in person interview. Defense companies are all quite the same..
