Started the application process in November 2024, interview was March 2025. There were several stages to get through. On the actual day, there were around 30 other applicants from across the country. We did a team building exercise where we had to build a chair, and an individual assessment where you had to build a toy plane and show that you could follow a schematic accurately. This was then followed by an individual interview; mine was with 2 interviewers. (I have sadly forgotten their names but they were both very easy to talk to, the lady was lovely and I believe the gentleman was the head of the academy) but even still, I was very comfortable once I had settled into the interview. It felt a lot more like a conversation, which I have only ever felt like that in one other interview.
