I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems (Rochester, South East England, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
Smooth and welcoming interview process. Interviewers were supportive and really wanted to know about you. Rest of the graduate experience day consisted of simulation and operation tours, which was an intriguing experience.
