too lengthy and detailed, needs good preparation, overall very friendly but they know what they are looking for exactly and there is messing around. The key is to be completely honest and clear on how your career goals align with their advertised job role

There were multi stage with online tests and interview then online-in person interviews. Initial stages include personality and basic comprehension tests. The final interview was taken with two head of staff of the department.

The process was time consuming, took 3 months from my application to Interview. Apart from the it was pretty straight forward includes screening call for 10 min and the interview lasted for more than hour.
