That experience was horrible and I’m glad I did not get the job. The senior assessors were 80% male and 95% of them were also white. Out of the people being interviewed 8 of them were male and only 2 of us were female. Very undiverse, the assessors seemed drawn to the white males from the cohort being interviewed. I didn’t get any excitement from them when speaking and i noticed the boy getting a lot of attention. There was a group task where they threw in random bits of info and you were required to come up with solutions as a team. During my interview I had one person interviewing me and two others sitting there taking notes.
