I was invited for the interview process during weekdays at their Andheri office. They gave me one Array which required solving using O(1). I was from Electronics background and I nither had studied nor had any working experience with such problem statements.
I gave them a solution which was correct but was using one extra for loop. But I was rejected and the Technical guy even don't want to had any discussion further. So HR told me to leave.
I want to give this feedback to All such Techies who are taking the interview that, even if you all think DSA is important to learn and understand, but you can't judge someone's ability based on he/she able to submit O(1) solution or not, specially those candidate who are not from Computer Science background but doing well better than a CS student in an Organisation.
Sending a candidate back just because he/she is unable to submit O(1) solution is totally a broken hiring process. Please upgrade yourself.
