I've never encountered such an unprofessional interview process.
I applied for this role on LinkedIn and received an invitation for an online interview from HR a few days later. The interview was originally scheduled for Thursday afternoon, but HR canceled it just 30 minutes before the meeting, without any email or phone call explaining the reason.
Despite the cancellation, I still joined the scheduled Teams meeting, but no one showed up. I later sent a follow-up email to HR, only to receive an automatic reply saying HR was on sick leave.
I was shocked. Canceling an interview at the last minute without any explanation and then failing to follow up or reschedule is extremely unprofessional.
