B101 FM Radio interview questions

I read almost an identical post that did in fact almost happen to me other than the lady did not make me wait. Phone screen no problem. First interview face to face was very professional, woman was very nice and had been there forever. Called me in for the 2nd interview and have to say this woman who was the boss of the 1st was almost combative. Actually asked me with my experience what made me think I could work there? I told her there’s always a learning curve w a new job and sales can’t be taught. Even if they would’ve offered me way more I wouldn’t have wanted to work here because of the 2nd woman. She literally was trying to job shame me, I was working an outside sales position successfully when I interviewed. Don’t let the thought of working at a radio station sway you, make sure you feel comfortable with who you’ll be working for first and foremost.
