      Human Resources Interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at B&H Photo Video

      Interview

I applied online, got a call from a recruiter where he asked some basic questions related to my past experience and what am I looking for. About a week later he called again to invite me for an on-site interview. The first thing that bothered me-upon arrival I was asked to fill out the longest paper application I have ever seen! Moreover, it was identical to what I already filled online and very repetitive (had to write my address like 6 times!), describe all past experience and qualifications, seriously isn't that what CV's are for? Finally, I met a recruiter who was very friendly and nice. He did a good job at explaining the position and asked good questions. He then decided to take me to meet the hiring manager, and this is where it wasn't so good. He literally looked at me and just said "...So?" He looked very unenthusiastic and disinterested in the whole process
