I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Azon in Feb 2023
Interview
It was a really pleasant interview, pretty informal and conversational. The 3 people I spoke with were warm and happy to share information about working at the company. I briefly met the CEO who seemed lovely.

Question 1
Talk us through your experience. What do you want out of your next move?
I took an interview for their Construction Department. It all started with the usual ice-breaking chit chat and then the interviewer started giving me a "presentation" on how he has become a director, how his team works better on-site Monday-Friday, how experient he is in the field and how his team is moved by money and commission. I then realized the role wasn't for me (which is fine!) But then I tried to make questions and the interviewer interrupted me quite a few times saying "questions only at the end". When I asked where the office location was exactly he then said "have you not read our website?" Lol. It was such a weird experience. I regret not having read the reviews on Glassdoor before taking the interview as many of them say it's a "male-dominant" environment. I politely thanked him for his time and said the job wasn't for me. He was clearly annoyed! Hehe
