Despite waiting patiently for feedback, none was provided. I took the initiative to remind them twice about the status of my application, but unfortunately, there was no response. This lack of communication and follow-through has led me to question the company's seriousness and professionalism regarding their hiring process. It appears that they may not be as committed to maintaining clear and timely communication with their candidates, which is an important aspect of the recruitment process.
