You should be prepared for a mildly technical interview, knowing the basics of next generation sequencing and gene synthesis as services when you go in. You should know what kind of customers would be interested. You should also prepare to discuss your personal sales process.

How would you describe your process for building your pipeline with academic and biotech customers?

Interview
The initial stage included a recruiter reaching out asking about general experience and questions in where you see yourself. This is followed by a virtual meeting with an account representative within your designated sales team. Following these discussions an interview is set up with your division manager. The final stage is a panel review where they ask you to sell a Keurig and complete a chat function on Microsoft teams
