Azad Foundation interview questions

Search Committee established in case a position is identified or become vacant. The candidates are asked to apply through newspaper ads, social networking job portals, company website and word of mouth. Shortlisting is done. The shortlisted candidates are called for an interview with the manager. After that head of department and the CEO also take interview of the candidate. After these interviews final selection is done and the selected candidate is offered the job with the salary. after acceptance a contract is signed with the candidate and an appointment letter is issued.
