      Sales Development Representative (SDR) Interview

      9 Feb 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Lisbon, Lisbon District
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Ayming (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Jan 2026

      Interview

I received a few rejection letters because whenever I applied the role was either already filled or the process was too far along for me to join. I finally get a call back that they are interested in interviewing me. I pass 2 rounds of interviews and I am waiting for an answer about the last stage. 1 week goes by, I follow up,no answer. 2 weeks,I follow up they tell me by the middle of next week we will get back to you. Perfect. The whole week passes,I follow up,no answer. I decide A MONTH later to call the recruiter on a number I know just to make sure I'm still in the process, they're still hiring etc. The recruiter answers, says hello who is this. I say"Hello! I hope you are doing well it's *insert name* I... " She hangs up. To send a weekly follow up of delays is the bare minimum for a big company, but to not hang up on a candidate when you are free and confront it or even say "sorry still no news" is a level of disrespect that shouldn't happen.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They mainly asked about past experience,my knowledge of the job and company plus how I deal with stress and clients. Also how I source new clients.
