The initial interview process was a total of two phone calls with the Talent Acquisition Team. Once screened, I was invited to a TEAMS interview with the Associate Team Manager. The following week I was invited to TEAMS interview with the Associate VP of Interim Leadership. The interview to offer stage was a little longer than anticipated. I was not the least bit concerned as Kaitlin, Sr. TA Specialist, kept me updated every step of the way.
My first few weeks in my role have been amazing, and I am looking forward to a long tenure with Aya Healthcare!
