I was emailed by a recruiter shortly after applying for the position and filling out an assessment. I have to say, I was really hoping that the reviews about the Interview experience weren't true but I had the exact same experience like everyone else. After a phone interview, I was invited to come in for an in person interview with one of the recruiting managers. I thought the interview went really well. The recruiting manager even told me that my next step would be to meet an account manager to see what they do and told me she would send me an email letting me know the details about the second in person interview. I emailed her twice to follow up and received no reply. Not only is that unprofessional but extremely rude. It's just common courtesy to let someone know they aren't the right fit for the company. I know they are still hiring for the position because several job postings have been posted, even today. I'm really disappointed and will surely not recommend Aya Healthcare to anyone I know.
