They ask really good questions to make sure you are a good fit and candidate for them. They truly care about each employees so know what they say actually is not too good to be true. It's the truth!

This was one of the most unprofessional interview processes I’ve experienced in quite some time. As a recruiter myself, I make it a point to clearly communicate with candidates when sending an assessment, including letting them know it may land in spam since it’s often the first outreach and contains a link. I would never expect a candidate to complete an assessment without any prior communication or context.
After completing the assessment, I received no follow-up and was effectively ghosted. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had this experience with an Aya recruiter. I understand that things get busy, but clear and respectful communication should remain a priority throughout the process.
