Process is good , but the waiting time is very high, staff are God, Questions asked for relevant to the experience but I feel some important questions were missed to ask.
Telephonic round- technical round one - technical round two- HR round- negotiation is the general process.
Extra round might add based on requirement. Technical will moreover be discussion round based on your experience and knowledge of Pharma

Interview process was easy but it was a time taking process, there were three rounds of interview. Two functional and one HR round. Questions were easy, and they make you feel comfortable.
