There was a psychometric test (including an IQ style exercise) and then an interview with the hiring manager. The manager spent most of the interview discussing the culture at Axos, which sounds toxic (including constant monitoring of all work time spent, even for senior people, and people being fired for minor infractions). They seemed to mostly want someone who would be similarly toxic to the members of an existing team. Although I found the hiring manager good to talk to, I was not disappointed not to go through to later rounds. Pay was also very low for the job and seniority.
