I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Axon (Seattle, WA) in Sept 2023
Interview
It was a very thorough process. Started with an intro call with the recruiter followed by a screening call by the hiring manager. Then I met with two more engineers before I moved onto a whole day of interviews. The call with the hiring manager was mostly about my background and role expectations but the follow up interviews with the team members were technical focused mostly asking questions from previous projects and scientific principles. Each interviewer asked some behavioral questions towards the end and then provided time for me to ask questions as well.
Overall, the process was very seamless and my recruiter Alexis S. Kept me updated throughout the entire process. She was very helpful in providing me next steps, what to expect from each steps of the interview and was very upfront about the expectations for the role and the company. I could not have asked for a better recruiting experience. In addition, I had to push my start date and had a bunch of questions after I got the offer which Alexis answered quickly allowing me to make decisions earlier on to make my move to Phoenix smoother.
