My experience with the interview process at Axon was unfortunately very disappointing. Communication was inconsistent from the start, with multiple emails going unanswered. I was even left waiting during a scheduled interview that never happened, with no follow-up or acknowledgment afterward.
At times, it honestly felt like I was being punked, which is not the impression you expect from a company actively trying to attract talent. First impressions matter, and this process did not reflect the level of professionalism or organization I would have expected.
I hope this is something the team can address, as it impacts how candidates perceive the company early on.
