Interview
A phone screen, followed by multiple in-person interviews (both individual and panel) and a final homework assignment.
After completing all of these steps, Axis essentially ghosted me. When I didn't hear from them for over a week, it was evident there would be no offer. After taking time out to come to their office multiple times, work around their schedules (including a last-minute cancellation when I was already waiting in the lobby) and complete an assignment, I figured an email or phone call was warranted.
Instead, they did not respond to any of my emails requesting a status update. Incredibly unprofessional, especially coming from their HR department.

Interview
Entire process was a mess - there was a phone screen and then two in person interviews. This is fine if a candidate is out of work but for someone who is working it can be stressful. Additionally, they are slow and inconsiderate when it comes to feedback. You should not have to follow up for each round to find out if you’re coming back. It felt like every person I met with was looking for something different and there was not a clear picture of what they wanted. They need to be considerate of candidates and let them know if it’s a no as soon as possible.

Interview
The company is very selective when onboarding. I had four interviews. The first was a phone interview with HR, the second was an in-person interview, the third was an at home project, and the fourth was a second in person interview. Block off a few hours when coming in to meet with people.
