The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was the HR round, the second was the Head of Department round and the third was Background check. The interviewers were quite open and the mood of the interview was not too serious. Nevertheless the communication was crisp and clear. The expectation from the candidate was clearly explained as also the candidate's expectation was properly received.
Piece of advise to prospective candidates: Come prepared with current Industry knowledge as well the company's performance. Also the candidate should be ready with his performance figures of his current company.
