Axis Insurance interview questions

Very straightforward. Just 1-2 assessments and a personality test. Only one interview with HR and one with the hiring manager. If they really like you, you'll have multiple interviews just to see who you'd work best with.

First interview was over microsoft teams video. HR manager/recruiter was very friendly. she mentioned when interviewing candidates she keeps them in mind for other positions within the company too which the candidate might be a good fit for. Which was thoughtful.
