first there was an aptitude test conducted at our campus mostly easy question related to personality, sales basic English after qualifying the test there is a personal interview round conducted at their head office. there were around 30-40 students from various colleges. Question were asked to me about myself, the profile I am applying for, how to get new customers, on internship, sales, family members etc. It was for about 15 mins

Used to ask questions to understand your communication skills and way of replying . One must answer the qiestions smartly. For recruitment there is an online test process .
