I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Axiom Fitness (Meridian, ID) in Apr 2016
Interview
Got a call from the general manager about my interest in working for Axiom and where I could work and availability. Went well, got a call from one of the locations I was interested in and went in for an interview. I thought it went really well and then went in for an interview at the same location with the manager. It went decent and I got a call from the first interviewer saying they were going to sign me up for another certification and it would be up to me to get it done. I then got another interview at another location and it went okay. I passed the certification test which I had to pay for and got in contact with the first interviewer and he said he would arrange a time for me to interview with the GM. They said it would probably be about a week as things were busy at the time so I didn't press the issue until about 2 weeks later. They said that the GM was out of town and would call me when they got back. I tried calling twice a week later and never got a reply. Completely unprofessional in my opinion for a company that prides themselves on "TRUTH in fitness". If you aren't interested in offering somebody a position, don't waste their time and money. Just be upfront about it.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Axiom Fitness (Boise, ID) in May 2015
Interview
I arrived on time and was promptly greeted by the manager who was conducting my interview. We sat down in an office and he asked a few questions about my resume and why I wanted to work for the company. It was nothing too intense, I felt very comfortable.
