The recruiter will communicate nearly unintelligibly with his poor English over the phone and then start making insinuations to derail the whole process when you show indications of having trouble understanding. And for what anyway? A lousy contract job that entitles the individual to zero benefits and a reduced pay than he/she would otherwise be entitled to.
