I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Axelon in Apr 2022
Interview
Run away! The recruiter will communicate nearly unintelligibly with his poor English over the phone and then start making insinuations to derail the whole process when you show indications of having trouble understanding. And for what anyway? A lousy contract job that entitles the individual to zero benefits and a reduced pay than he/she would otherwise be entitled to. This agency is like the worst of the worst; I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. Recommend avoiding and finding another staffing agency if you have to go this route.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Largely incomprehensible but basically the typical set from the offshore recruiting firm like what is your work authorization (umm, American, what do you think calling someone who lives in the USA?) and are you taking any vacations or going to any other interviews soon (like what business is that of yours really?). But be prepared for anything with this agency. Their policy seems to be anything goes when they're on the phone...
