I had an online meeting with 2 people. Even though I had prepared well and answered all of their questions with my demonstrable experience, I was informed only during the talk that the job description was changed and my responsibilities would actually be carried out by someone else. They also overstressed a requirement with which I was already more than qualified. Afterwards, they did not even let me know about their decision.

Interview
I applied for an internship on their website and I received an invitation for an introduction call with the hiring manager in about 2 weeks, where I was asked to discuss my background and I received more details about the company and the role. The same day I received an invitation for the 1st technical interview (hardware) with the same person, which I scheduled for the following week. Unfortunately, I did not manage to access the 2nd technical interview (software). Last step should be an interview with the division manager.
