First, there was a phone screening with the recruiter (which went really well), second was aptitude tests, CCAT and one more. Third round was with the sales development manager and the director (they casually introduced themselves for 25 minutes straight and gave me like 5 minutes to speak about myself), the last round was where i had to talk about their products and values related question. There were lots of question, mostly behavior and some very random. The meeting was accompanied by the same people i had the third round with . I personally felt that the hiring manager was very Micromanaged by their director. He was interrupting the hiring manager when she was asking questions. It didn't make a good impression on me as a candidate as I thought that would what I would be getting into. On the last minute of the call, the director interrupted and said that the hiring manager has received numerous other resumes and that they have to look over it before they make any decision. (That felt like such a red flag in the end of the interview)
