Interview
Short phone interview followed by onsite interview with HR and a supervisor. Standard questions (how did you resolve a conflict you had with a coworker, etc). I went to the wrong location for the interview, but they were very accommodating and rescheduled.
Offered job a few days later.

Have you ever done collections? (despite having my resume right in front of them, showing I had never done collections, they asked this. To be fair, every collections job I interviewed for did this).

Interview
Applied and within a couple days got a email about setting up an interview. The HR representative was super nice and the interview was relaxing and laid back. After the HR rep asked all her normal rounds of questions, a floor manager came in to ask his round. He was also super nice and approachable. Answered every question i had to ask with ease and a sense of truthfulness. Got the job offer a couple days later.
